From digital design to structural completion

MERLIN's 3D Construction Printing transforms traditional construction through robotics, digital precision and intelligent automation — fabricating structural elements and full-scale buildings with exceptional accuracy and consistency.

Why 3D construction printing

Faster, leaner, freer construction

Gantry systems, automated material delivery and proprietary print-control technology combine to build faster, with less material waste, lower labour dependency and better project efficiency — on site or off site, for housing, infrastructure, industrial buildings and precast components.

Benefits

Benefits of 3D-printed construction

Accelerated delivery

Cut construction timelines by up to 50% for faster completion and earlier occupancy.

Design freedom

Create intricate geometries and bespoke structural forms with virtually no design limits.

Sustainable building

Minimise material waste, reduce plastering and lower the environmental footprint.

Strength & durability

High-strength, precision-built structures with consistent long-term reliability.

On-site workflow

In-situ structural printing, step by step

Industrialised digital construction — directly at the project site.

Software

BAYA — Design. Check. Print.

The concrete 3D printing software that takes you from idea to machine program, for robotic and gantry printers.

Design or import a structure, check that it can be printed, watch the machine do it, and export the program for your robot or gantry. Layer time, cold joints, bead size, reach, axis limits, scaffolding and large structures are part of the tool — not an afterthought.

  • Design your own shapes, or import 3D models (STL, STEP) and G-code
  • Draw plans with walls, doors, windows and columns; DXF import and export
  • Check reach, axis limits and layer time before you print
  • Simulate the robot or gantry, with fresh concrete highlighted
  • Split big structures into sections with assembly sheets

Fewer surprises

Reach and axis limits are checked on every point before export.

Better bonding

Layer time warns of cold-joint risk before you print.

Fewer collisions

Gantry travel is routed round scaffolding; the G-code carries it.

Less manual work

Big structures are split into sections, with assembly sheets.

Staged prints

Export by height range and carry on where you left off.
